What they got right and wrong
Fantastic location near tram and underground! Rooms are clean and have huge windows, offering great views and natural light.
Noise from street activities disrupted sleep. The breakfast selection lacked variety, especially for the price.

Everything was perfect, as always. This isn't the first time I've stayed at this hotel, I'll keep staying here.
No slippers.

Excellent location, walking to all the places of interest, excellent communication in the door M1, M5 and M12 trams. 2 subways to few meters of the hotel. in 10m you arrive at the station of the train that arrives direct from the airport. pleasant personnel and ready to help also in tourism. it is a very clean hotel. I usually have to bring sheets to cover my pillows because they have an ugly smell, it is the first hotel in years, sheets are very white, clean, perfumed, bath and toilet are separated and a red light heats the area of the toilet, is inside the room separated by a transparent curtain
It would be convenient to put an anti-slip protection on the floor of the bathtub to avoid slipping, since the bathtub is very high. The mattress is a little soft to my taste. In room 109 there was no electric kettle or coffee or tea.

dedication of the staff: they were very courteous and always tried to help, whatever the late hour. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the location is great (very lively area with many restaurants and bars, good connection to the city center and walking distance from the main shopping street). This is also the best hotel if you are traveling with your dog, as pets are welcome.

The large windows in the room were a highlight for our family, providing great natural light and views of the lively street below. We appreciated the easy access to local attractions, like the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Wall Memorial, which were just a short walk away. Breakfast had a nice variety, but would have been even better with fresh juices. The kids enjoyed the spacious room, perfect for our family of four, although the bathroom setup was a bit unusual with an open design. It was a pleasant stay amidst the buzzing city.

Very good location for walking around Berlin, or cycling even better. A funky modern hotel with loads of really good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was a bit 'lightweight'
There were some very loud parties nearby - not the hotels fault - but they kept us awake. The hotel hire rate for bikes was easily beaten within a short walk.
